We are looking for an entry-level Business Analyst to support requirement gathering, documentation, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, document workflows, and support the implementation of business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements , user stories, and workflows.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases , and process documentation.
Perform data analysis using Excel or SQL to support business decisions.
Assist in identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in existing processes.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)-test cases, defect tracking, validation.
Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, operations, finance, and project teams.
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management.
Support Agile ceremonies - standups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
Maintain documentation, status reports, and project updates.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, MBA, Computer Science , or related field.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills .
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
Basic knowledge of SQL (queries, joins).
Understanding of SDLC , Agile/Scrum methodology.
Experience with tools like JIRA , Confluence , or similar platforms (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau (Visualization).
Familiarity with process mapping , workflow design, BPM tools.
Exposure to ERP/CRM platforms like SAP, Salesforce, Oracle .
Academic or project work related to business analysis or data analytics.
