JOB DESCRIPTION:

We're looking for a commercially focused Senior Product Marketing Manager to raise the bar for go-to-market campaigns, drive lead acquisition, contribute to events development, help run c-suite external comms, and play a key role in developing and implementing our digital strategies.

This position requires a deep skillset across multiple areas of the marketing spectrum. The candidate will need to display a lot of flexibility to pivot projects and focus depending on the immediate needs of the team. They will need to make sure that all content, comms, events and digital work is clearly aligned to the established commercial strategy and work in unison toward brand awareness and lead generation goals.

The role sits within the Alter Domus Marketing team and reports to the Senior Manager Content, Media & Product Marketing.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Produce captivating thought leadership content, based on data and insights from our technology and services, that can be used for both market engagement and PR campaigns
  • Strong focus on generating top-of-funnel, inbound leads, nurturing prospects in the pipeline and producing content to drive bottom-of-funnel prospects to convert.
  • Develop compelling sales enablement collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, webinars, and website content.
  • Work with the team to develop and repurpose marketing content using multiple formats (video, blogs, whitepapers) and channels to generate and nurture leads and drive monetisation and retention
  • Participate in the end-to-end of event marketing programs (virtual and in-person), including proprietary client summits, roundtables, and participation at major industry conferences to support brand positioning, lead generation, and client engagement goals.
  • Manage the teams weekly and quarterly content calendars
  • Optimise and launch paid LinkedIn campaigns and ever-green adverts
  • Develop and optimise digital marketing initiatives with a focus on organic search (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to increase discoverability of Alter Domus solutions among key buyer personas.
  • Plan and deliver communications strategies and content that support the positioning of C-suite leaders, including thought leadership articles, social media posts, and manage and help arrange executive interviews to amplify their perspectives across owned and earned channels.
  • Craft product go-to-market strategies and implementation plans for Alter Domus services and technology  
  • Conduct competitor analysis, identifying market trends, and understanding customer needs to inform product positioning and messaging
  • Create impactful on-brand imagery and content for LinkedIn
  • Foster strong relationships with internal senior leadership teams and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration on marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize marketing and AI tools to enhance campaign effectiveness, streamline processes, and analyze performance metrics. 

PROFILE

  • 7+ years of experience marketing B2B services, SaaS products in financial services or adjacent sectors.
  • Demonstrable ability to define and develop impactful product campaigns
  • Experience in creating and monitoring metrics to demonstrate how content is building awareness and driving revenue objectives.
  • Great storyteller with exceptional writing and communication skills, who can put people and customers at the centre of B2B go-to- market product campaigns in a relatable and engaging way.
  • Experience in high-impact event marketing campaigns, including pre-event promotion, onsite engagement strategies, and post-event follow-up to drive pipeline growth.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tactics with demonstrable results in SEO strategy development, keyword optimisation, and measurement of organic channel performance; familiarity with emerging AIO (AI Overviews) best practices highly desirable.
  • Experience advising and supporting C-suite leaders on personal brand development and executive communications, crafting narratives that resonate with sophisticated institutional audiences.
  • Deep intellectual curiosity, an open and customer-centric mindset, and a high degree of personal autonomy.
  • Outcomes-oriented mindset with a passion for optimizing performance based on data.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team with many different role types.
  • Experience working with product strategists and developers, and managing third-party writers and designers
  • An understanding of marketing measurement tools, including web analytics and SEO tooling
  • A collaborative mindset, positive attitude and a keen interest in raising the bar
  • Experience with Canva, Salesforce, Account Engagement, LinkedIn paid ad management

Salary range: Salary for this role will range from $110,000 - $167,000 per annum depending on the skills and experience brought to the role. We encourage all candidates to apply and discuss the overall package with the recruitment team.
