Elmar Heating & Cooling is now hiring a HVAC Service Technician with experience that is looking to provide exceptional customer service and solve problems. Elmar is looking for a reliable HVAC service technician to service residential and light commercial customers.

Elmar Heating & Cooling is a residential HVAC service provider that focuses on servicing and installing various types of heat pumps, gas furnaces and boilers. We also specialize in servicing and installing ductless mini split and tankless products.

What Can You Expect From This Role?

• You’ll troubleshoot and diagnose residential and light commercial HVAC systems and provide valuable solutions. 
• You'll do repairs and maintenances on most HVAC residential and light commercial systems. 
• You’ll interact with customers, our dispatch team, and the operations team to come up with solutions. You'll occasionally sell service contracts and other accessories, but not pressuring customers to make that decision. 
• You'll make commissions for sold items. You’ll tackle challenges that will push you to improve your skillsets & logical reasoning.
