Location: Royal Palm Beach, FL 33412.

Domenic's and Vinnie's of Palm Beach.

Coming Winter 2026.

Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Pizza Chef Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of traditional Italian pizza-making, from hand-stretching dough to managing a wood-fired or stone oven. You’ll be responsible for ensuring every pizza that leaves the kitchen is made with precision, consistency, and artistry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to our signature recipes and standards.
• Manage dough production, including mixing, proofing, and portioning.
• Operate and maintain pizza ovens (Gas brick oven.)
• Ensure proper inventory, rotation, and storage of ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workstation at all times.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to refine recipes and develop specials.
• Ensure all dishes meet presentation and timing standards.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Pizza Chef in an Italian restaurant or pizzeria.
• Skilled in dough-making and oven operation.
• Strong understanding of Italian ingredients, sauces, and flavor pairings.
• Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
• Passion for high-quality food and guest satisfaction.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in creating new regional Italian dishes.
• Familiarity with seasonal menu planning and ingredient sourcing.
