The incumbent will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring all HR policies and programs of the Bank across areas such as talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, leadership, learning and development, performance management, succession planning for key positions, employee relations, diversity and overall HR operations to facilitate realization of Bank’s growth aspirations in-line with organizational goals. Specific responsibilities include but not limited to: Formulate, implement and improve Bank’s HR strategy, policies, programs and processes in line with Bank’s strategy and business goals. Manage and lead various HR functions such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, talent management, performance management, leadership development, learning and development etc. and identify areas of improvement in consultation and coordination with all relevant stakeholders. Lead communications on the HR strategies, policies and programs across the Bank. Manage and optimize the HR budget of the Bank with the objective of being cost effective and efficient including use of technology, outsourcing etc. Aim to make the Bank an Employer of Choice. Keep abreast on the latest HR developments in the multilateral development institutions, financial institutions and the private sector and improve HR practices at the Bank. Maintain relations with the global HR professional associations. Nurture talent and coach the team to ensure continuous learning and development of the team. Other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
