Remote Coding Analyst Position - Registered Nurse with CPC or CCS Qualification Required

Are you a Registered Nurse holding a CPC or CCS certification seeking a remote Coding Analyst position?

The responsibilities are as follows:

• Experience with developing claim editing and enforcement rules
• Configuration experience - edit building or testing
• Clinical experience with a background of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding principles
• Familiarity with government programs, such as Medicare and Medicaid
• High attention to detail, including proper documentation
• Strong understanding of laboratory billing and reimbursement practices
• 1 week travel per quarter for staff training and team building

Skills & Requirements:

• Clinical experience, particularly in laboratory coding.
• Certification such as RHIT, CPC, CCS, or similar is preferred.
• Strong understanding of coding principles and healthcare reimbursement practices.
• Familiarity with government healthcare programs (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid).
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.

Compensation:

• $65 000.00 - $75 000.00 Per Annum
