We are seeking an organized and highly motivated Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for an individual looking to start their career in an office environment and gain hands-on experience supporting daily operations.
Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for general office support, including but not limited to:
• Office Administration : Managing and directing incoming calls, handling mail distribution, and overseeing office supply inventory.
• Document Management : Organizing, filing, and retrieving company documents and records, both physical and electronic.
• Scheduling & Coordination : Assisting with scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and coordinating basic travel arrangements.
• Data Entry : Performing accurate data entry and maintaining various databases and spreadsheets.
• Communication: Drafting, proofreading, and editing basic correspondence, emails, and internal memos.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
