Responsibilities

• Utilize an acetylene torch to safely access and remove catalytic converters from vehicles.
• Collaborate with Tire and Drain Technicians to fully process and prepare vehicle components for sale.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
• Adhere to safety protocols to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Contribute to the achievement of department goals through consistent individual performance and effective teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience with acetylene torch operations is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• High school diploma or GED or applicable experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to carefully handle inventory and pay attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills and ability to stay productive during downtime.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple requests throughout the day.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and friendly approach in dealing with team members and staff.
• Physical ability to regularly stoop, kneel, crouch, stand, sit, walk, lift, climb, bend, talk, and listen.
• Capacity to lift and move 25 lbs repetitively and up to 75 lbs occasionally throughout the day.
