Dunkin' - Immediate Store Assistant Manager- 320 SOUTH 4TH ST LOCATION

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Dunkin' team! Skills and Qualifications:

Fluent in English
Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
Basic computer skills
High School diploma or equivalent
Proficient in math and financial management

Responsibilities:

Team Environment: Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop employees, communicate job expectations, and support team development.
Operational Excellence: Maintain a guest-first culture, ensure shifts are appropriately staffed, enforce safety guidelines, and execute Brand standards.
Profitability: Control costs, execute marketing promotions, new product roll-outs, drive sales goals, and track results.
