Job Description

Our Team

Cimpress Services' central teams allow us to remain entrepreneurial; to stay small as we grow. These teams enable our businesses to remain laser-focused on their customers and build the tools and services that make Cimpress greater than the sum of our businesses. We are problem solvers. We are storytellers. We are forward thinking. We are relationship builders. We are responsible for company-wide activities like accounting, capital allocation, global tax planning, procurement, communicating with internal and external partners and protecting the company through compliance and risk management. We’re evolving our processes and technology to support Cimpress’ rapid growth

This is your opportunity to join Cimpress, the world leader in mass customization, as a Senior FP&A Analyst on the Corporate team. This role is a key position on our Corporate FP&A team that serves as a strategic finance partner to drive financial excellence across the organization. You will be instrumental in delivering insightful financial reporting and analytics, leading process improvements, and accelerating the adoption of AI within our finance function. You will also play a critical role in company-wide budgeting and forecasting while providing dedicated financial support to our Cimpress Services central teams.

What You Will Do

  • Cultivate strong partnerships with business-unit FP&A teams across Cimpress to provide strategic thought partnership and deliver data-driven insights.
  • Act as a proactive and resourceful problem-solver who can independently identify issues and drive towards developing solutions.
  • Analyze actual vs. budget/forecast variances and deliver insightful commentary to management, including clear forward-looking insights.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve and automate financial processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. This includes accelerating the adoption of AI tools to drive efficiency and insights.
  • Support the Corporate FP&A team's critical role in company-wide budgeting and forecasting.
  • Serve as a super user for our cloud-based corporate financial and general ledger systems, and contribute to initiatives to drive further enhancements.
  • Drive ad-hoc analysis and projects in conjunction with the broader corporate FP&A team, including ad-hoc support for the central teams.

Your Qualifications

At Cimpress, we are striving to hire individuals that add new ideas and perspectives to our teams and enhance our culture. No matter your background or work experience, we strongly encourage you to apply—even if you feel that you don’t meet the exact requirements or have the same qualifications. You might be a great candidate for this or other opportunities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or similar field.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in a finance role, with at least 2-3 years in a dedicated FP&A role.
  • A collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across different teams, departments, and diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong verbal and developing written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for both financial and non-financial audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas). Experience with financial planning software (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is required
