Position Overview

We’re seeking a passionate Small Group Training Coach to lead transformative, 60-minute group sessions that prioritize whole-person health , not just fitness.

The ideal candidate brings technical coaching skill, contagious energy, and a heart for people — helping members not only grow stronger but also feel seen, supported, and empowered.

What You’ll Do

• Coach 60-minute small group classes (up to 12 members) focused on strength, conditioning, and functional movement.
• Build relationships — learn names, stories, and goals to foster belonging.
• Integrate mindset and wellness principles into coaching moments.
• Provide scaling and individualized feedback to ensure safety and growth.
• Uphold community standards through positive energy, inclusivity, and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility.
• Participate in quarterly evaluations and continuing education to support growth.
• Collaborate with the Head Coach and Owner to align classes with The Becoming Co.’s mission and programming.

What You Bring

• 1+ year of group or personal training experience preferred (CrossFit, strength & conditioning, or functional fitness).
• Active professional certification (CPT, CrossFit Level 1, or equivalent).
• CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain within 60 days).
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Passion for helping others grow physically, mentally, and emotionally.
