1. Welcome and Delight: Greet guests with a warm smile, making them feel like they've arrived at their favorite family gathering. Provide exceptional service that exceeds expectations and leaves guests feeling cared for and valued. 

2. Fun Ambassador: Infuse the dining experience with a vibrant and fun-loving spirit. Engage with guests and create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. 

3. Menu Guru: Become an expert on our mouthwatering menu offerings and be ready to guide guests through their dining experience with us. Make personalized recommendations, highlight specials, and ensure each dish is served with love and precision.

4. Team Player: Collaborate closely with our dynamic team, fostering a supportive and cooperative work environment. Help fellow team members during busy periods, and always lend a helping hand when needed.

5. Speed and Efficiency: Demonstrate excellent multitasking skills to provide efficient service without compromising quality. Juggle multiple tables, take orders promptly, maintain a clean restaurant, and deliver meals with a cheerful and swift pace!

6. Problem Solver: Approach challenges with a can-do attitude and find creative solutions to ensure guest satisfaction. Address any concerns or complaints promptly and go above and beyond to turn a negative experience into a positive one.
