Senior Platform Developer Location Remote :

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Platform Developer with expertise in low-code platforms, especially ServiceNow, and extensive experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). As a senior leader within our team, you will play a pivotal role in executing strategic platform development and advancing our technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Developing, installing, and troubleshooting sophisticated applications on low-code platforms, particularly ServiceNow.
• Integrating platform applications seamlessly with other systems and programs.
• Providing strategic leadership in staying abreast of the latest developments in ServiceNow and other relevant low-code platforms.
• Ensuring software behaves as designed by conducting thorough testing for bugs and performance during all stages of the development process.
• Leading and conducting comprehensive code reviews to ensure the highest coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security.
• Championing and executing the enhancement of modules in ServiceNow, with a focus on ITSM, Legal, Service Catalog, Data Filtration, and CMDB.
• Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

Key Competencies & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Platform Developer with expertise in low-code platforms, including ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in robotic process automation (RPA) concepts with extensive hands-on experience using RPA tools.
• Certifications in relevant low-code platforms, with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow, are preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Web technologies - HTML or XML, and API integrations with other systems preferred
• An interest in the healthcare industry.
• No travel required.
