LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst for a faith based & mission-driven nonprofit organization based in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago. This is an incredible opportunity for a finance professional who wants to make an impact while leveraging their FP&A expertise to support a cause.
This role has a budget between $90,000-$100,000 base salary. Candidates who apply MUST be local to the Chicagoland area able to be in the office in gold coast 4x a week.In this role, the Senior Financial Analyst will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning efforts, while driving process improvements and operational insights across the organization. The right person will bring both strategic vision and hands-on analytical skills to help guide financial decisions and ensure the organization meets its mission and financial goals.
Lead the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes, managing systems, tools, and approvals
Oversee management reporting, variance, and trend analysis to drive accountability and support key operational leaders
Identify and implement process improvements and automation within FP&A systems (OneStream, Lawson, etc.)
Partner cross-functionally to provide insights, build financial plans, and align goals with mission outcomes
Participate in enterprise-wide financial planning initiatives while maintaining strong internal controls
5+ years of financial analysis, accounting, or FP&A experience
Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred)
Strong analytical and communication skills with proven business acumen
Advanced Excel and financial systems experience (OneStream, Lawson, Hyperion)
Comfort operating in dynamic, mission-driven environments—nonprofit experience preferred
