We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Safety Manager for Scaffold operations in Bay Minette AL. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading company in the construction industry.
The Safety Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all workers involved in scaffold operations and implementing safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the scaffold industry and a passion for promoting a culture of safety.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures specific to scaffold operations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Identify and analyze potential hazards and develop control measures to mitigate risks.
Provide training and education on safety procedures and best practices.
Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents and develop and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to address safety concerns and ensure safety requirements are met.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in safety regulations.

Requirements
Requirements are:
OSHA 500 OR 510 ( cleared this up recently ) Must have
8 years experience in the construction industry
5 years experience as a safety professional
Bilingual English / Spanish
Scaffolding background or competency
$35.00 hr with $120.00 a day per diem if living over 50 miles from the site.
