Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced RN – Center Administrator for an interim contract assignment at a skilled nursing facility in Rochester, NH.
Requirements:
• Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the state of New Hampshire (Required)
• 2–3 years of recent Administrator experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred)
• Strong knowledge of CMS guidelines, state surveys, and regulatory compliance (Required)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis management skills
• Ability to commit to the full 9-week contract duration
Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day operational leadership and overall management of the facility
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Supervise department heads and clinical leadership to maintain quality resident care
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and allocate resources efficiently
• Serve as primary contact for residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies
• Oversee staffing levels, employee relations, and recruitment needs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
• Support and monitor quality improvement initiatives
