Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This is a full-time position that is in an outpatient setting with additional clincal roles as assigned. The PMHNP will collaborate closely with our team of psychiatrists, office personnel and other providers in care coordination. 

Schedule

• 8-5 Monday - Friday
• In-office setting

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up visits in an outpatient setting. 
• Provide crisis intervention and assist in coordinating appropriate levels of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and strong relationships.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• Active and unrestricted APRN license in Texas.
• DEA registration and prescriptive authority in Texas.
• Strong clinical skills in the assessment and treatment of psychiatric conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• This position IS NOT remote. Must be able to report to office five days per week. 
• Outpatient experience preferred
