Position: Nurse Practitioner- Albuquerque, NM

Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, PMHNP, or equivalent) to join a growing, patient-centered healthcare practice in Albuquerque, NM. This role is ideal for a compassionate and clinically confident provider committed to delivering high-quality primary and/or mental health care in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
Provide primary and urgent care services based on specialty
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests
Maintain accurate documentation in EHR/EMR systems
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Provide patient education, preventive care, and health counseling
Participate in telehealth services and care coordination
Requirements
Active Nurse Practitioner license with current state certification
Valid DEA license
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Experience with EHR systems and clinical documentation
Strong communication and patient care skills
Experience in primary care, geriatrics, behavioral health, or chronic disease management preferred
