Job Summary:
We are a well-established, privately owned pediatric practice dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to children from birth through adolescence. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality medical care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Duties:

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Perform routine well-child exams and developmental screenings
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric illnesses.
• Provide patient and family education and guidance.
• Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with our pediatricians and medical staff.
• Manage medical records accurately using Practice EHR and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate referrals as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current PA or NP licensure in the state of Texas.
• National certification as a PA-C or pediatric/family nurse practitioner (PNP/FNP).
• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric clinical experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for providing family-centered pediatric care.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems.
• Strong clinical skills in diagnostic evaluation and physical examinations.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with medical advancements.
