Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• This position takes incoming calls from members, providers, etc. providing professional phone assistance to all callers.
• This role also helps prepare medications (counting, applying labels) for pharmacist final verification along with any other pharmacy technician job functions not mentioned here specifically.

Skills:

• Minimum year experience as a pharmacy technician or closely related role
• Minimum one year experience required in a customer service position taking inbound calls,
• help with counting and preparing medications for pharmacist verification.
• Pharm Tech license is required.
• Advanced computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet utilization.
• Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must.

Education/Experience:

• Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
• Pharmacy Technician license is required.
