Job Description

Nurse Practitioner Duties:

  • Ability and desire to work in a Pediatric office
  • Excellent communication, time management and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with professionals, and maintain confidentiality standards.
  • Computer proficiency a must with EMR experience.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English.
  • Ability to see well child care visits and sick visits ages 0-21
  • Comfortable with mental health and adolescent care.

Job Qualifications:

  • Completion of Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited school
  • Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification required
  • Completion of training
  • Current and in good standing Licensure for practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of illinois.
  • 1-2 years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred, but not required
