**Job Title: Order Picker** **Job Description** The Order Picker will play a critical role in the efficient handling of products and supplies within our large warehouse. This position involves picking, packing, and stocking items, ranging from large metal or PVC piping to small fasteners and endcaps. The successful candidate will ensure accurate inventory management and customer satisfaction by using various equipment and technologies. **Responsibilities** + Use RF scan gun to locate inventory. + Correctly pick, pack, and pull item type and quantity. + Operate pallet-jack, fork-lift, and push cart depending on inventory type. + Organize staging area by priority. + Maintain a clean work environment by sweeping and mopping as needed. + Operate computers at will-call booth. + Assist customers, both internal and external, with item look-ups, availability, and order placement. **Essential Skills** + Preferred warehouse or labor experience. + Ability to count accurately and lift 50 lbs. + Experience with RF devices and order picking. + Proficiency in operating a fork-lift. + Effective English communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in receiving and warehouse operations. + Ability to maneuver items weighing up to 100 lbs. + Comfortable working in varying indoor and outdoor weather conditions. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a great long-term opportunity with significant potential for professional growth. The position requires working both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions, including hot summers and cold winters. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tigard, OR. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
