**Job Title: Order Picker** **Job Description** We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Order Pickers. In this role, candidates will be responsible for pulling orders using a hand cart, utilizing pick tickets, and scanning products and labels. The position requires restocking incoming products and predominantly pulling products to the shipping department. Candidates may also assist with the shipping process, including utilizing a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and printing shipping labels. **Responsibilities** + Pull orders using a hand cart and pick tickets. + Scan products and labels accurately. + Restock incoming products and pull products for the shipping department. + Assist with the shipping process using WMS and print shipping labels. + Support operators with packaging materials, labeling, palletizing, and making boxes. + Handle repetitive lifting of 20-40lbs, filled with sandpaper products or blades. + Maintain attention to detail, especially when handling high-priority customer areas. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of experience in order pulling or a similar role. + Experience in a manufacturing environment and material handling. + Proficiency in using an RF scanner. + Familiarity with packing, production, wrapping, and general labor tasks. **Why Work Here?** Join a tenured plant where the production manager has been with the company for 26 years.
