You will play a crucial role in the following responsibilities: + Design, develop, and customize solutions in **Microsoft Dynamics 365** to meet customer needs + Create custom forms, views, plugins, and workflows + Facilitate integration of **MS Dynamics 365 CRM** data with other customer platforms and systems to ensure effective and efficient information flows + Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand design requirements and translate into solutions within **MS Dynamics 365** + Develop and execute test cases to ensure solutions meet functional requirements and customer objectives before deployment + Provide technical support for existing **MS Dynamics 365** deployments and systems + Maintain and support deployments within **MS Dynamics 365** throughout their lifecycle + Design and develop custom applications, modules, and features on the **ServiceNow** platform + Implement and customize **ITSM** modules (Incident, Problem, Change) and **ITOM** modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) + Implement Discovery patterns, classifiers, and MID Servers to ensure accurate Configuration Item data in the CMDB + Develop integrations with other enterprise systems using web services (REST, SOAP) and other relevant technologies + Work closely with internal and external stakeholders of the **ServiceNow** platform to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions + Assist with **ServiceNow** platform upgrades, provide post-implementation support, and troubleshoot issues as necessary + Ensure solutions adhere to ITIL frameworks and **ServiceNow development** best practices + Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve other technical issues as needed + Ensure the integrity and security of applications and customer data + Create and maintain documentation for all technical and functional workflows + May lead and mentor junior staff as needed **WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED** Bring your engineering expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The likely salary range for this position is $127,254 - $161,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. GDIT typically provides new employees with 15 days of paid leave per calendar year to be used for vacations, personal business, and illness and an additional 10 paid holidays per year. Paid leave and paid holidays are prorated based on the employee's date of hire. The GDIT Paid Family Leave program provides a total of up to 160 hours of paid leave in a rolling 12 month period for eligible employees.
