We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Locum Emergency Department Physician to provide exceptional care just north of Boston across three sites. As a locum tenens physician, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality emergency medical services to a diverse patient population. Compensation: $275 Per Hour
Position Highlights:
Coverage at 3 sites north of Boston
3–4 shift availability per month required
Overnight shifts are the greatest need
No pediatrics
Not a trauma center
All candidates must be Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat patients in the Emergency Department
Provide timely and effective emergency medical care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments and treatments
Participate in patient care quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (EM required)
Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in Massachusetts
Current DEA registration
