Toonen Properties is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to join our team in Appleton. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, greet prospects, and conduct property tours.
• Adhere to company policies, fair housing laws, core values of Toonen Companies, and tenant-landlord regulations.
• Explain policies, community rules, and lease terms to residents.
• Address resident needs, including service requests and move-out procedures.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure rule compliance.
• Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of the property.
• Support marketing initiatives to promote the property and attract new residents.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in leasing, property management, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (we pay for mileage).
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Toonen Companies offers competitive wages with a performance bonus potential. Candidates with direct relevant experience in the property management field may start at a pay rate higher than what is posted here.
