Join our dynamic team in Traverse City, MI, as a Lead HVAC Service Technician! We are looking for a skilled professional who is passionate about HVAC systems and dedicated to providing top-notch service and installation. In this role, you will lead a team of technicians, troubleshoot complex HVAC issues, and ensure our clients receive the highest level of comfort and efficiency in their heating and cooling systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians in service and installation tasks.
Perform troubleshooting and repair of HVAC systems, including HVAC/R systems and boilers.
Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Install new HVAC systems and components according to industry standards.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to boiler operation and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Qualifications

Proven experience in HVAC service and installation.
Strong troubleshooting skills with HVAC systems and boiler operations.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC maintenance and repair techniques.
Certification in HVAC/R systems preferred.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts as needed.
