About Meadow Lane

Meadow Lane is a gourmet prepared foods market opening in Tribeca in 2025. Our store features extensive grab-and-go menu options with a coffee, tea, and smoothie bar, organic juices, and daily pastries, all crafted by award-winning chefs in-house. 

In addition to locally-sourced farm produce, we offer a curated selection of pantry staples, snacks, and household goods, plus a floral studio creating custom arrangements. We focus on one-of-a-kind products, sustainable sourcing, and a beautiful, tranquil, and welcoming environment, making Meadow Lane more than a grocery store, but an experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

Meadow Lane is seeking career-oriented, full-time retail staff who are diligent, organized, and committed to keeping the store running like a well-oiled machine.

We want professionals who see this as their main job — reliable people we can trust to keep inventory moving, displays sharp, and customers cared for.

Key Priorities:

• Receive, stock, and rotate goods with accuracy.
• Keep shelves, signage, and displays immaculate and organized.
• Maintain clean, safe, well-labeled backstock and storage areas.
• Assist customers on the floor with attentiveness and professionalism.
• Collaborate with managers to uphold standards and prevent waste.

This is a steady full-time role (35–40 hrs/week), with potential for growth and, for the right candidate, a salaried position with benefits.

Schedule & Commitment

• This is a full-time role (35–40 hrs/week) with consistent scheduling.
• Must have flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.
• We are seeking applicants looking for long-term stability and professional growth, not seasonal or short-term work.

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a retail, grocery, restaurant, or warehouse setting.
• Reliable, organized, and consistent.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk 6–8 hrs.
