You will lead staff to provide exceptional customer service, managing processes, and executing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. With opportunity as our greatest benefit and a dynamic team environment, this role is ideal for individuals passionate about the restaurant industry and ready to make a difference. **Job Functions:** + Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures + Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation + Assist the General Manager of the facility with proper task execution and completion, follow effective safety practices, schedule and cash integrity, talent acquisition and development, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting + Work alongside team members to coach and develop in preparing and packaging customer orders in a timely manner and to maximize customer service expectations + Understandfinancial reporting which includes profit and loss statements to affect business changes and capitalize on opportunities + Address customer feedback and work to improve the overall dining experience **Experience:** + 3+ years restaurant management experience + 3+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1M+ 3+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements **Skills and Demands:** + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail + Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel + Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or more + Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening **Our Culture:** Come see why Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores was recognized by Indeed as the winner of the Better Work Award in 2023. **Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
