Job Description Our client is seeking a Foreclosure Specialist to join their Foreclosure team! In this role, the individual will prioritize high-priority cases, respond to emails, and communicate with the Director of Asset Management and foreclosure attorneys on a day to day basis. This individual will collaborate with attorneys, servicers, and other departments to manage foreclosure cases effectively. This includes evaluating and approving foreclosure figures, addressing litigation matters, and recording pertinent information in software systems. The Foreclosure Specialist will also ensure compliance with foreclosure regulations, keep up to date with legislative changes, and identify opportunities to improve processes. This is a permanent position located in Seal Beach, CA (3x a week on site).
