Hands at Home Care Services is hiring Full-Time Caregivers in the Portland and surrounding areas. This is a guaranteed-hours position — if a client shift cancels, you still get paid. About the Role As a Full-Time Caregiver, you’ll provide: * Personal care and assistance with daily activities * Companionship and light homemaking * Coverage support for clients when regular caregivers are unavailable This role is ideal for caregivers who: * Enjoy variety and meeting different clients * Want reliable income without worrying about cancellations * Are comfortable traveling within a defined service area When client hours are light, you’ll still be paid through training, shadowing, or support work to meet your weekly guarantee. Schedule * Weekdays with occasional weekends * Hours generally between 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM * At least 25 hours/week guaranteed (with potential for more) * Occasional daytime backup availability (paid and fully supported — no overnight on-call) * Major holidays off, unless you choose to work Travel * Portland and surrounding service area * Most assignments are local; occasional longer drives may occur * Mileage reimbursed at $0.725/mile This Role Is a Great Fit If You…
