Position Summary
 Work as Engineering Project Manager to lead & coordinate engineering activities of assigned projects for Dual Clutch Module, P2 Module, and clutch applications in diverse hybrid transmissions incl. HEV and PHEV of Commercial & Passenger Vehicles, ensuring the product development will meet the technology, budget, and timing targets during the complete development phases.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Lead & coordinate engineering activities of assigned projects for Dual Clutch Module, P2 Module, and clutch applications in diverse hybrid transmissions incl. HEV and PHEV of Commercial & Passenger Vehicles
• Ensure the product development will meet the technology, budget, and timing targets during the complete development phases.
• Communication with customers and internally with global technical centers, plants, and suppliers.
• Customer Requirements elicitation, review & align SOR with customers.
• Sign Off engineering release for customers incl. all technical documents – RASIC, Assembly drawings, DVP&R, technical reports, product change requests, part approval requests, …etc.
• Work as customer interface incl. preparation of presentations and present materials of engineering related items to customers
• Lead for customer troubleshooting, incl. 8D report to customer, failure investigation initiatives (technical analysis, test programs, …etc.)
• Support cost reduction activities
• Support product improvement initiatives
• Support production facilities and ensure that product meets production requirements
• Support initiatives to obtaining new business / customers

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, Master would be a plus
• Min. 3 years experience in development of products in automotive industry,

preferably in the field of drivetrain products

• Development and application of E-Motor, Sensors and/or Power Electronics products would be a plus
• Experience in working with international teams
• Self-assurance, good leadership, and communications skills
• Ability to work well in at team and experience with project management
• Language skills: Chinese, English
