We offer 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, SIMPLE IRA retirement plan, paid vacation and PTO, and 8 paid holidays.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an Electrical MRB Engineer to join a collaborative, high-performing team supporting aircraft modification and in-service programs. In this role, you’ll apply your technical expertise to develop compliant engineering dispositions and work instructions that keep aircraft safe, airworthy, and on schedule. You’ll work on complex modification projects for commercial and communications aircraft, ensuring all deliverables meet STC and certification requirements. This position offers high technical visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on aircraft performance and delivery.

You’ll work primarily in a remote setting alongside an experienced team of approximately eight engineers who value autonomy, accountability, and proactive communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop MRB dispositions and repair instructions for electrical non-conformances or rework.
  • Create precise work instructions and wiring updates for production and maintenance teams.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and certification to ensure on-time project execution.
  • Maintain configuration control and document traceability for all STC-related changes.
  • Support root-cause investigations and document lessons learned.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 8+ years of experience in aircraft electrical engineering or systems integration.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability and attention to regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred: MRB or Liaison Engineering experience, and familiarity with EWIS requirements for transport-category aircraft.

Conditions of Employment
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
  • Export Control and ITAR eligibility may apply. U.S. person status is required.
Benefits:
We offer 100% employer-paid medical and dental coverage, a 3% SIMPLE IRA match, and paid time off including 80 hours of vacation, 40 hours of personal PTO, and 8 paid holidays per year.

Altitude Aerospace is an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity, inclusion, and professional integrity in every project we deliver.
