We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Early Years Teacher to join our Early Years department in Kuwait. Role Overview
As an Early Years Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the EYFS framework
Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for young learners
Observe, assess, and document children’s learning and development
Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and early years staff
Maintain open and effective communication with parents and colleagues
Participate actively in school events and ongoing professional development
Candidate Profile
Essential:
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching license (REQUIRED)
Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Early Years (Reception or Nursery)
Strong knowledge and understanding of the British EYFS curriculum
Fluent English speaker
Excellent classroom management, observation, and communication skills
Willingness to relocate and adapt to life in Kuwait
Preferred:
Experience in British or international schools
Familiarity with phonics programmes such as Jolly Phonics or Read Write Inc.
First Aid/CPR certification
