### **Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Consultant/Developer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in customizing, configuring, and integrating Dynamics 365 CE (Online/On-prem) solutions, along with hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies and modern integration practices.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Design, configure, and customize **Dynamics 365 CE (Online and On-prem)** applications to meet business requirements.
* Develop plugins, workflows, and integrations using **C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Automate**, and **REST/SOAP APIs**.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
* Implement **API gateways** and manage data flows between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
* Build dashboards and reports using **Power BI** or **Tableau** for data visualization and analytics.
* Work within **Agile/DevOps** environments for continuous delivery and version control.
* Provide support, maintenance, and enhancements for Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
### **Required Skills & Experience:**
* Strong hands-on experience with **Dynamics 365 CE (Online/On-prem)** — including customization, configuration, and integration.
* Proficiency in **C#, .NET, JavaScript, T-SQL, HTML**, and **Power Automate**.
* Working knowledge of **REST/SOAP APIs** and API gateway tools.
* Experience with **Power BI** or **Tableau** for reporting and analytics.
* Familiarity with **Agile/DevOps** methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git).
* Experience with the **Dynamics 365 Sales module**; exposure to **Customer Service** or **Field Service** modules is a plus.
### **Preferred Qualifications:**
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
* Experience in Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus).
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
