Key responsibilities:
Manage website as a brand asset with regular creative and content updates.
Understanding of meta tags, anchor, robots’ text, site map etc.
Understanding of HTML, Word press, integration of necessary plugins
Ensure seamless update of core website software and plugins
Focus on page loading speed and mobile friendliness
Check for 404 errors and resolve by fixing links or redirecting
Review security scans and resolve any related issues
Constant focus on ways to improve user experience and ease of navigation
Basic understanding of hosting back end processes and integration with CDN platform
Analyze traffic through Google Analytics, Web trends etc. and continuously work towards
increasing page rank
Conduct regular SEO audit
Optimize page titles, meta descriptions and page content
SEO images and multimedia content
URL optimization and work on internal links
Focus on developing valuable backlinks through social media marketing, guest content,
forum posting and local listing
Thorough understanding and hands on experience of Google Webmaster (Google Search Central)
for SEO

Manage and strategize Google Ad words program after coordinating with internal Verticals
Conduct keyword research, optimize bid for the best click through rate, least cost per click
and goal conversions.
Work to improve user engagement metric by increasing content relevancy and user
experience
Create advertising copy, site links and call out extensions
Research advertising links of competitors
Manage display campaigns by creating banner ads.
Set-up and design webpage for campaign landing pages
Manage expense and budget of campaigns and estimate monthly costs
Strategize social media presence with relevance
Send regular mailers to achieve marketing objectives
Ability to manage webinars and webcasts. Devise online campaigns on basis of trade fairs and print
campaigns
Acquire insights in online marketing trends and update strategies
Understanding of traditional marketing medium to complement online campaigns
Key responsibilities:
Understanding of HTML to integrate creatives and banners into mailers, example: Mailchimp,
campaign landing pages
Flair for design esthetics, imagery that captures the brand essence
Ability to work with In Design, Illustrator and Photoshop would be an advantage
Editing and writing skills: Candidate needs to devise and edit content for various digital platforms.
Speaking skills: These will mainly be deployed internally. Candidate should be able to explain
coherently to others, who may not be familiar with the medium, how digital technologies work and
their marketing application
Video editing skills: Website content will not just be text but frequently visual as well so, Candidate
should be able to manage product and application videos
