**Responsibilities & Qualifications** **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Develop requirements, specifications, and solutions for corporate enterprise networks from inception to completion under general supervision. + Design, implement, and maintain a corporate, campus-wide Cisco LAN plant with Gigabit switching and routing to internal servers and external networks. + Coordinate with Vendor Project Managers, COTRs, and government user representatives to ensure accurate technical solutions and user satisfaction. + Provide expert technical support for network operations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. + Integrate network hardware and software solutions to support organizational and mission objectives. + Assist in planning and implementing network security, redundancy, and high availability solutions. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** **Experience** + Minimum of five (5) years of progressive IT experience, including at least two projects in technical areas aligned with the task requirements. + At least one project within the past three (3) years demonstrating relevant expertise. + Expert experience with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) 10 Gigabit Ethernet LAN equipment, software, and associated network hardware. **Desired Experience and Skills** + Minimum three (3) years hands-on experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) IT hosting solutions. + Proficiency in troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining enterprise LAN/WAN environments. + Strong understanding of network architecture, security, and routing protocols. **Certifications** + Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) + Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) + DoD 8570 IAT Level II Baseline Certification: + COMPTIA Security+ CE + Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) + COMPTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) + Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Global Industriel Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) **Clearance** + Secret - IT-I (Tier 5/SSBI) Critical Sensitive Clearance **Overview** We are seeking a Corporate Enterprise Network (WAN) Network Engineer - Senior to join our team supporting Cloud and Infrastructure Services at Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
