⚖️ Confidential Opportunity: Labor & Employment Attorney

We seek an exceptional Labor & Employment Attorney ready to elevate their career with meaningful work and growth opportunities.

✅ What You'll Do:

* ✅ Represent employers in employment discrimination and wrongful discharge litigation

* ✅ Advise clients proactively on employment relations and compliance matters

* ✅ Handle non-compete/non-solicitation disputes

* ✅ Assist with union organizing strategies, collective bargaining, and labor negotiations

* ✅ Conduct comprehensive audits of HR and employment practices

* ✅ Deliver training and seminars on key labor and employment law issues

✅ Must Haves:

* ✅ Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

* ✅ Missouri Bar (Active)

* ✅ 3-5 years of relevant labor & employment law experience

* ✅ Exceptional communication, analytical, and negotiation skills

* ✅ Commitment to client-focused preventive counseling
