CENCO Claims is seeking a reliable and experienced Daily Property Adjuster to handle residential and commercial property claims in the Omaha, NE area. This field-based position offers steady claim volume, flexible scheduling, and strong internal support.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site property inspections to assess damage
Create detailed estimates using Xactimate
Document damages with clear photos and written reports
Communicate with policyholders and insurance carriers professionally
Submit accurate and timely claim files
Requirements:
Proficiency in Xactimate
Solid understanding of property damage and construction practices
Strong time management and communication skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Designated home state adjuster license
Preferred: 2+ years of field adjusting experience
