Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Dialysis Technician/Administrative Assistant to join our team full-time. This dual-role position is critical in ensuring the seamless operation of dialysis treatments while also supporting administrative functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate dialysis machines for patient treatments, ensuring all protocols and safety standards are adhered to.
• Monitor patients during dialysis sessions, recording vital signs and reporting any concerns to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and coordinating with medical staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of dialysis equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
• Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers to enhance patient care experience.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Dialysis Technician is required.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in dialysis, is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and office software.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
