Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of hair and beauty services to clients, including haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatments
• Perform barbering services such as beard trims and shaves using a straight razor is preferred, but not required.
• Conduct consultations with clients to determine their desired look and provide recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in cosmetology and hair styling
• Sanitize tools and equipment before and after each use to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Handle retail sales of hair care products and recommend suitable products to clients
• Utilize salon software for appointment management, inventory tracking, and client records

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Education & Experience

• Valid cosmetology/barber license
• 4+ Years experience
