**About the Role
**
We’re looking for two additional Assemblers to join a growing light manufacturing team in Acton, MA! This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role in a clean, climate-controlled environment.
You’ll be working on small-scale assembly projects that require steady focus and precision — for example:
Placing stickers on plastic hubs
Assembling small kits and components
Performing quality checks using go/no-go gauges
Applying product labels or decals to plastic parts with care and accuracy
If you enjoy meticulous work, have good hand-eye coordination, and take pride in producing high-quality results, this could be a great fit for you.
**What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in assembly, packaging, or light manufacturing
Strong attention to detail and ability to work on precise or repetitive tasks
Steady hands and patience for small-part or label application work (similar to decal or wrap placement)
Reliable attendance and a consistent daily schedule
